    SHIPPING. We ship orders within three business days via UPS ground service. Orders received before 1:30 PM MST are shipped the same day. Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more within the lower 48 contiguous states(Does not apply to retailer accounts). Shipping costs and schedules to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other countries are calculated by UPS when you place an order.

    CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.

    CHECKS. We accept business checks for wholesale orders ONLY.

    PRIVACY. The only personal information we collect from you is what you voluntarily supply and we do not and will not sell, lease, share or otherwise disclose that information to any third party, except as may be required to ship your order. Information you send to us via email or an order form is stored in an electronic database. We only use that information to respond to your inquiry or order. If you have any concern regarding privacy or wish to have your personal information deleted from our database, contact us via email at Info@ClaveBodyCare.Com.

    RETURNS. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return merchandise within 15 days of purchase (less shipping costs). Please include with your return the reason for return, a description of items you are returning and its price. If you received a package that has been damage in transit, please let us know withing 48 hours from receipt and keep original shipping material in order for us to present to UPS for their internal investigation.     We will pay the return shipping cost if product is damaged in shipping, or does not match your order. If product is returned for any reasons other than shipping damage, YOU are responsible for the shipping cost. We will issue your refund to you in the same manner as you paid, within 5 business days of receiving the return."

    CANCELLATIONS. We will accept cancellations of orders if received before we ship.

    INGREDIENTS. We use only natural and organic ingredients in all of our products. Our products are free of parabens, PEGs, ethoxylates, glycols, acrylates, silicones, artificial fragrances and colors, and mineral oils. They are never tested on animals.
