CHECKS. We accept business checks for wholesale orders but no others.

RETURNS. All returns must be authorized in advance. We must be contacted within seven days of delivery and the return must be shipped back to us within three days of receiving our authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be obtained by emailing Info@ClaveBodyCare.Com.
■ We will accept return of products in their original and unopened packaging. For hygienic safety we cannot accept returns of opened products.
■ We will pay the return shipping cost if product is damaged in shipping, is defective or does not match your order. If a product is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
■ We will credit you in the same manner as you paid, within five business days of receiving the return.
■ Steps for a return:
1. Obtain an RMA number
2. Package the product(s) for shipping
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package

CANCELLATIONS. We will accept cancellations of orders if received before we ship.

INGREDIENTS. We use only natural and organic ingredients in all of our products. Our products are free of parabens, PEGs, ethoxylates, glycols, acrylates, silicones, artificial fragrances and colors, and mineral oils. They are never tested on animals.
